Two dates need moving:
b2 because I'll be in Bologna for PyCon Italia, so moving it one week later.
b4 because I chose it before we knew the EuroPython dates, and before we decided to alternate the language summit, and before we chose b4's date for the language summit. So moving it from the Tuesday, to the Saturday of the sprints, so Savannah can shadow the release.
And to even out the schedule, adjusting also b3 and rc1 (numbers in between are the gaps in weeks).
